Conditions

Prices are per room per day with B&B treatment (accommodation, breakfast and covered garage parking)

The wellness area is not included, € 15,00 per person when using.

The rooms are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and guests are kindly asked to vacate them by 10 am on the day of departure.

The breakfast room is open from 8 am to 10 am

Payment methods:
cash payment accepted only for a maximum of 2999.00 Euro,
Payments by debit card, credit card (Visa/MasterCard etc.)

In case of early departure, unless otherwise agreed, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking.

Occupancy tax
Prices do not include an occupancy tax of 2.20 euro per person per day for a maximum of 10 nights.
Children under 14 are exempt from paying this tax.

Pets are not allowed.
